Hey I'm Adam aka 'The Buff Brit', originally from the UK, I moved to the States in 2013 and after working in corporate IT for more than 20 years, I decided it was TIME to pursue my passion for fitness. I've swapped my suit tie combo for hoochie daddy shorts and decided to turn my hobby into a business. With friends and family constantly asking for fitness advice (think protein powder recommendations and the best bicep curl technique), I figured, why not share the love? And so, Buff Brit Fitness was born.
I've been in the fitness game for over two decades, experimenting with everything from meticulously tracking macros to mastering muscle-ups. I've been there and done that and I'm proud of the buff bod I've built over years dedicated work. Now, I'm ready to share the secrets I've learned along the way to help you achieve your goals and make your body match the reflection you've always wanted in that mirror.
